Jagan Mohan Reddy also announced the fourth scheme Amma Odi to prevent dropouts in schools under which students from Class I to V will get Rs 500 per month and the amount will be Rs 1,000 for two children from the same family. For class VI to X, the amount will be Rs 750 and Rs 1,500 for two children.
Similarly, Intermediate students will get Rs 1,000 per month. The amount will be given directly to the mother of the students and not deposited in banks. Mr Jagan announced Housing for all Scheme with construction of 25 lakh houses with registration on the names of women helpful for mortgage during emergency.
Arogyasri will be rejuvenated and special pensions to kidney patients and aid to families whose bread winner is ill. Fee reimbursement under which total fees reimbursed against the present Rs 35,000 limit and Rs 20,000 per annum for hostel expenses to each student.

Mr Jagan announced the liquor ban in three phases, in the first stage the number of liquor shops will be reduced in each constituency, in the second stage liquor prices will be hiked and media campaigns against ill-effects of alcohol will be increased and in the third stage liquor sales will be restricted only to five-star hotels. Legislation will be made to punish those who manufacture or sell liquor with seven years of imprisonment.
