Thiruvananthapuram: Congress MP Dr. Shashi Tharoor has supported   women’s entry to  Sabarimala temple which is against the stand of the UDF government. He said it was  his personal view and added that  a person who wants to worship in a temple should not be barred on the basis of  caste, creed or gender. He was speaking to the media after the KPCC executive meeting.

“My party has taken the stand that the Sabarimala tradition should be followed. But I am personally against it  because I believe customs and traditions evolve,”  said Mr. Tharoor.
