Kanhaiya Kumar is attacked by outsider' on JNU campus
The assailant has not yet been arrested by the police who said they have not received any complaint either from Mr Kumar or the university.

New Delhi: JNU Students’ Union president Kanhaiya Kumar was attacked by an outsider on the JNU campus on Thursday evening. The outsider, identified as Vikas Chaudhury, said he wanted to “teach him a lesson” for “abusing the country and raising anti-India slogans”.
The assailant has not yet been arrested by the police who said they have not received any complaint either from Mr Kumar or the university. he police is now trying to find out how the assailant sneaked into the campus despite tight security. Mr Kumar’s supporters pointed fingers at the ABVP.
