Former MLA Venkateswara Reddy joins YSRC

Vijayawada: Sattenapalli former MLA Yerram Venkateswara Reddy joined the YSR Congress in the presence of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy at his camp office here on Wednesday.

Venkateswara Reddy was elected an MLA in 2004 and 2009.

Along with the former MLA, his son Nitin Reddy and Sattenapalli BJP convener Pakkala Suri Babu also joined the YSRC.

Venkateswara Reddy said that he was attracted by the welfare and development being done in Andhra Pradesh by the Chief Minister and said he will work dedicatedly to strengthen the YSRC.

Irrigation minister Ambati Rambabu, Narasaraopet MP L. Sri Krishnadevarayalu, TTD chairman Y.V. Subba Reddy and APMIDC director G. Sujatha were present.
