Car accident: 4 from Bengaluru die in Hassan

HASSAN: Four people died on the spot after their car collided with a private bus while negotiating a curve on the National Highway 48 on the outskirts of Hassan early on Sunday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Shubham Tiwari (26), Ragini Pandey (28) and Abhishek Goel (28), all employees of a company in Bengaluru. Shankar Murthy (30), the car driver and a resident of Bengaluru, was also killed on the spot. The three passengers who died hailed from Madhya Pradesh.
