Jaipur: Rajasthan’s chief secretary O.P. Meena has been accused of sexual exploitation by his daughter. Meena’s wife and Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officer Geeta Singh Deo distributed copy of her daughter’s email to the press on Saturday.

Meena’s wife had already filed a complaint against him for domestic violence. Geeta had also filed dowry case against her husband in September last after 30 years of marriage.

She had also alleged that after the birth of her daughter, Meena and his family harassed and even beat her. The FIR was filed only after court’s directives. In a press conference on Saturday, she said that Meena has been torturing her right from the beginning.

“I had written a letter to the Prime Minister in December 2014. I once again wrote to the Prime Minister when Meena was selected for chief secretary’s post, appealing him not to appoint this kind of a person to such a high post,” Deo said.

The RAS officer claimed that she has sought time from the Prime Minister to apprise him about her harassment and torture. In January last year, the PMO acting on Ms. Deo’s complaint had asked the state government for inquiry but nothing happened. Both, Mr. Meena and Ms. Deo belong to well known families of bureaucrats.
