23-year-old Telangana youth ends life in the US

Hyderabad: Twenty-three-year-old Raja Vamshi Reddy Muddasani from Telangana committed suicide at University of Michigan on Monday. Raja had moved to Michigan from Florida this summer. The Michigan police is investigating the case and the reason behind the suicide is still not clear.

The Telangana Development Forum in the US has started an online fund campaign to send Raja’s body to India. The campaign saw many well wishers of Raja Vamshi expressing shock at his untimely demise.

Raja’s parents were informed about the incident on Tuesday. The campaign, which started with the target of $50,000, on Tuesday mobilised $13,000 dollars with 350 people donating within 12 hours. The support for the campaign has increased on social media.
