Special couple tie the knot

Mysuru: She cannot talk and his right leg was amputated a few years ago, but united at heart, this special couple began a new life on Monday and is all set to face the challenges it brings together.

Auto drive M. Madesha (27)  and 23-year-old Putta Shashikala from Gundlupet taluk got married in a simple ceremony organised by the  Sharanu Vishwa Vachana Foundation in Hosamata, Agrahara, in Mysuru.

While Madesha lost his leg to a festering wound, which wouldn’t heal,  Putta Shashikala was born without the gift of speech although both her parents and sisters have no disability.
