Vice-President to deliver first Quli Qutb Shah lecture

Hyderabad: Vice-President Hamid Ansari to visit the Maulana Azad National Urdu University on April 13 to deliver the first Mohammad Quli Qutb Shah Memorial Lecture.

Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan and Deputy Chief Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali will also take part in the event.

The lecture has been instituted in the name of Mohammad Quli Qutb Shah as he represented a high point in the syncretic culture of India, especially in the Deccan, said a release.
