Adilabad: High temperatures hit the voting percentage

ADILABAD: Many voters did not turn to poll booths following the high temperatures that recorded in the areas coming under Adilabad Lok Sabha on Thursday. The voting percentage has come down when compared to Assembly elections.
According to sources, as many as 69.81 polling percentage was recorded in Sirpur (T) Assembly constituency, 64.61 per cent in Nirmal, 70.80 in Khanapur, 76.20 in Boath, 72.4 in Mudhole, Asifabad recorded 76 per cent of votes and Adilabad recorded 70.27 votes percentage.
However, these voting percentages are not final and officials are getting acute voting percentage figures from all the seven Assembly constituencies.
