But Mr Rao also had to face tweets regarding bad road conditions. Twitter user Eshwara Gouthama wrote, “Sir, can you please plan the roads as roads are worst ever in the city (sic).” Milind Kewal Patil said, “Can we have end-to-end roads and utilities planned for the city (sic).” Saurab Srivastava said, “Metro Rail is ok but what about the roads. There is no response from the GHMC commissioner!”
Twitter users were also concerned about the pricing of Metro Rail tickets and want it to be reasonable. Mr Rao tweeted back saying, “I do agree ticket pricing is important but the key to success is convenience, connectivity, comfort and travel time.”
