KT Jaleel relative quits after nepotism row
A meeting of its board of directors decided to accept his request.

Malappuram: Amid brewing nepotism row involving higher education and minority affairs minister K.T. Jaleel, the Kerala State Minorities Development and Finance Corporation (KSMDFC) on Monday accepted the resignation of his relative K.T. Adeeb, its recently appointed general manager.
Malappuram: Mr Adeeb had on Sunday expressed willingness to step down in the wake of controversy over his qualifications. A meeting of its board of directors decided to accept his request.
After the resignation, the Muslim Youth League, which flagged it up, intensified their campaign for the minister's removal.
