3 Spicejet flights from Hyderabad cancelled

A total of 14 SpiceJet flights were cancelled across the country.

Hyderabad: Three Boeing 737-Max Spice-Jet flights from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Bangalore have been cancelled at Rajiv Gandhi International airport on Wednesday morning after Directorate General of Civil Aviation decided to ground the flights for safety reasons. A total of 14 SpiceJet flights were cancelled across the country.

The three from Hyderabad were scheduled for morning and their cancellation had the passengers in a flurry who wanted to be accommodated in other flights. SpiceJet in a statement stated that they have tried to adjust some passengers and others will be refunded. There was chaos at the airport as the flight cancellation was sudden.
