SCR's Secunderabad division sets passenger record
The official said Secundera-bad division had handled 4,40,238 passengers in a single day which is a record number in the current fiscal.

Hyderabad: Special teams from SCR’s Secunderabad division during special drives conducted on Monday registered cases against 1,675 persons for travelling without ticket, irregular travelling, unbooked baggage and collected Rs 8.12 lakh as penalty.
SCR said the special drives were taken up in MMTS, passenger and express trains. “We have apprehended 563 persons for travelling without tickets, 886 for irregularities in tickets and 226 for carrying unbooked luggage. We collected Rs 8,12,550 from them towards penalty,” an official said.
