Watch: Devotees Spot Another Leopard in Tirumala
Hyderabad: Devotees spotted another leopard while walking up to Tirumala on Monday. The leopard ventured into the forest soon after panicked devotees started screaming. Sighting of leopards has put TTD officials on high alert.
On Friday, a six-year-old girl was killed in a leopard attack while she was trekking to Tirumala along with her parents. The leopard attacked the girl and dragged her into the forest.

Leopard Trapped
A leopard was trapped in a cage set up at the seventh mile of the Tirumala-Alipiri footpath on Monday. The leopard was slightly injured while being trapped in the cage and is being treated at Sri Venkateshwara Zoo Park.
Forest department officials have revealed that five more leopards have been spotted in the vicinity of the Tirumala-Alipiri footpath. The leopards have been recorded on trap cameras in the vicinity of Tirumala's seventh mile, Namalagavi and Lakshminarasimhaswamy Temple.
The TTD and Forest Department will be holding a review meeting on the safety of devotees at Tirumala Annamayya Bhavan today.
