Sruthi Hariharan moves HC against Cyber Crime police FIR
The complainant alleged that Sruthi along with others had conspired to use social media platforms to tarnish Sarja's image to extort money.

Bengaluru: Sandalwood actress Sruthi Hariharan, who had accused actor Arjun Sarja of sexually abusing her during a film shooting, has approached High Court seeking to quash the FIR filed against her by the Cyber Crime police. The police had registered the FIR after Sarja’s manager, Shiva Arjun filed a complaint alleging conspiracy to tarnish the actor’s image.
The complainant alleged that Sruthi along with others had conspired to use social media platforms to tarnish Sarja’s image to extort money. It is also alleged that fake accounts were created in social media using his personal information and by uploading derogatory posts.
