Zinda Tilismath director says his digital sign stolen
The case was initially booked by Amberpet police and was transferred to cyber crime PS which re-registered a case.
Hyderabad: The Zinda Tilismath company’s directorship issue has now gone to the cyber crime police as one of the directors alleged that his digital signature was misused without his knowledge to induct two more directors into the company. The case was initially booked by Amberpet police and was transferred to cyber crime PS which re-registered a case (crime #260 of 2016).
Karkhana Zinda Tilismath LLP was incorporated on May 22, 2015 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad with a capital of Rs 99.1 lakh.
Inspector A.P Anand Kumar said, “We transferred the case to cyber crime as it needed tech expertise to probe the stealing digital signature. The case appears to have originated due to a dispute inside the family. We forwarded the case to verify the complaint which alleged that directors were inducted using fabricated digital signatures.”
As per ROC records the directors of Karkhana Zinda Tilismath LLP are Mahmood Ashfaq, Syed Mohd Ali Azam, Mohammed Imaduddin Farooqui, Mohammed Masihuddin Farooqui, Asgharunnisa Begum and Sara Ahmed. As per ROC records Mohammed Imaddin Farooqui was inducted as director in 2016 February and the others in 2015 the date of incorporation.
