Tirupati: Six pilgrims killed, 10 injured in road accident
The accident took place on wee hours of Tuesday.

Chittoor: Six pilgrims were killed and more than 10 others injured in a road accident in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district in the wee hours of Tuesday, on their way to Tirupati. Four of the six killed were women.
The pilgrims were travelling from Yelahanka, Bengaluru, in a tempo traveller to Tirumala, when their vehicle collided head on with a lorry from Guntur district, near Rayalavari Kota, Chandragiri mandal, Tirupati. The driver and the cleaner of the lorry are in critical condition. The others injured are relatives of the deceased.
The injured are admitted to Ruiya hospital in Tirupati.
