BJP politicising the issue: CM Siddaramaiah
Trying to play down violence following the murder of a BJP worker in Mysuru, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday said that the BJP is politicising the issue.

“There will be such stray incidents like these. We don't know the reason behind the murder. The BJP is unnecessarily politicising the issue,” he said. He also took objection to Mysore MP Prathap Simha leading an agitation and said that no one should provoke public in such issues.

“I have asked the police to arrest the culprits immediately and take action to maintain law and order. The government will announce compensation to the family members of the deceased,'' he said.
