BENGALURU: Taking a strong exception to the Karnataka government not following its directions in implementing the BMIC project, the Supreme Court on Monday told Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE) to file a proposal defining steps to resolve all pending issues pertaining to the implementation of the BMIC project by March 28 and the state to respond by April 11.

“The Supreme Court while hearing our contempt petition (144/2006 connected with 96/2007) against the Karnataka Government for not implementing its order has taken strong exception to the state government for not following the directions in implementing the BMIC project,” stated a release issued by NICE.
