Hyderabad: Former attorney general Mukul Rohatgi on Thursday told the Hyderabad High Court that there was no evidence about the alleged role of Koneru Madhu in the Emaar Properties scam. 

He was appearing for Mr Madhu, son of Mr Koneru Rajendra Prasad, one of the accused in the scam before Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao.

Mr Rohatgi said that Mr Madhu had no role in either purchasing or selling the villas or properties of the Emaar venture at Gachibowli.
