2,300 apply for 200 posts in T-Hub drive
Evidently, the number of job-seekers in start-ups is also growing, which only reinforces the point that 90 per cent of start-ups fail.
Hyderabad: As part of the recruitment drive conducted by T-Hub for former entrepreneurs, 2,300 job seekers have applied for 200 jobs. T-Hub conducted the recruitment drive for ex-entrepreneurs to re-join the workforce and secure regular employment in the first week of September. A total of 62 start-ups were looking to fill 200 job positions related to technical and business-related jobs. Thousands of people who were either former entrepreneurs or worked in start-ups applied. T-Hub in its Nucleus newsletter released on Friday said, “The page was live for 18 days, we received applications from more than 2,300 job seekers.”
Evidently, the number of job-seekers in start-ups is also growing, which only reinforces the point that 90 per cent of start-ups fail. This initiative was taken up to move India in celebrating ‘failed entrepreneurs’. However, when asked about the number of offer letters rolled out, T-Hub was not immediately available to comment.
Meanwhile, T-hub in its past two years had around 350 start-up incubatees (present in the incubator) with 15 events and 20 workshops per month. There are about 1000 start-ups associated with T-hub over the past two years.
