Bengaluru: Search on for two women

Bengaluru: NDRF men are continuing their search for Meenakshi (57), and her daughter Pushpa (22), who reportedly got washed away in a SWD in Kempegowda Layout at Laggere.

BBMP Mayor Sampath Raj said, "Three teams of NDRF personnel, 50 in each team, have been deployed for the search operation, but heavy rains have forced them to halt the operation for some hours on Friday night. It was, however, resumed on Saturday morning." He stressed that there was no laxity in the search operation.
