Inauguration spree for KT Rama Rao

HYDERABAD: Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K. T. Rama Rao on Thursday went on a spree of inaugurating double bedroom houses, an ROB service road, a mini indoor stadium, an indoor shuttle court and a fish market in the state capital.
The total cost of these facilities is estimated at Rs 101.69 crore.
The newly constructed indoor shuttle court at Gayathri Nagar near Ayyappa Society costs Rs 86 lakh.
The road over bridge at Kaitlapur, for which KTR laid the foundation stone, is valued at Rs 83 crore. The mini indoor stadium that he opened is equipped with four shuttle courts and a swimming pool.
The GHMC spent Rs 5.65 crore on constructing it.
The double bedroom complex that the minister inaugurated has nine floors and is valued at Rs 9.34 crore. There are 108 individual flats in this complex.
Others who participated in these inaugurations included Mayor Bonthu Rammohan, Deputy Mayor Baba Fasiuddin, Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao, MLC Naveen Rao, and GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar.
