Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court is likely to hear a petition on Thursday, filed by the state government challenging a single-judge order on the suspension of GO 35 dealing with fixing of rates of admission in the film theatres.

As the single judge bench headed by Justice Manavendranath Roy suspended the GO 35 while hearing a batch of petitions filed by the film personalities on Tuesday, the AP government intended to move the High Court division bench challenging the suspension of GO 35.
