Counsel for Mr Prakash requested the vacation bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice Shameem Akther at the starting hours of the court on Wednesday, to hear the case on an urgent basis.
The counsel also submitted that two FIRs were registered against his client on mere allegations of forgery by an “unauthorised person”.

However, the vacation bench rejected the plea to hear the case and suggested that the petitioner wait till the regular court begins working in June.
