He distributed e-PoS machines to the fertiliser dealers at a meeting organised by Coroman-del International Limited at Guntur on Thursday. He said that 10.76 lakh soil samples were collected till June this year in AP and 15 lakh soil health cards were issued to the farmers.
He said that the government has sanctioned Rs 1,680 crore input subsidy to the farmers and urged the farmers to turn into industrialists in the future.
Mentioning about Aadhaar linkage to domestic gas subsidy and ration shops yielding good results, Mr Chandramohan Reddy said that after observing the success, the state government decided to implement Aadhaar link for fertilisers to restrain misuse of subsidies.
