Schools to be linked with engineering colleges: Botsa
Visakhapatnam: Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana has said schools would be linked with the engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. He said each engineering college would be linked with 10 to 15 schools.
The senior students and faculty of the engineering college would help the school students in learning digital technology. He would suggest the final year engineering college students to have their study tours to the schools.
The minister said digital education was being provided to the state school students from the sixth class and “only AP is doing this” in the country. The idea was to train the students in the latest technology so that they would learn new skills to compete at the global level.
