Traffic curbs for bonalu on sunday, monday

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad city police issued orders for traffic diversions in view of the Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu in Secunderabad and surrounding areas for Sunday and Monday.

Citizens must avoid roads and junctions of Karbala Maidan, Ranigunj, Ramgopalpet, Paradise, CTO Plaza, SBI and YMCA crossroads, St. Johns Rotary, Sangeet, and Patny crossroads, Park Lane, Bata, Ghasmandi Crossroads, Bible House, Minister Road and Rasoolpura from 4 am on Sunday till the completion of Bonalu celebrations on Monday.

For passengers coming to and fro at the Secunderabad railway station, traffic from Punjagutta to Secunderabad railway station will be diverted to Khairatabad Junction- IMAX Rotary-Telugu Talli Flyover-Lower Tank Bund-RTC Crossroads-Musheerabad Crossroads- Gandhi Hospital-Chilkalguda Crossroads- Platform No. 10 entry to Secunderabad railway station and vice-versa.  

Traffic police requested the public not to use roads from Secunderabad railway station to Patny-Paradise Junction-Begumpet-Panjagutta as they will be congested.
