Man hoist TRS party flag on Independence Day
According to sources, the man was identified as B. Veerana, head of a TRS Garma Shaka.
Hyderabad: A man claimed to be TRS Garma Shaka Head unfurled the TRS party flag and made the school children and locals to sing national anthem during the Independence Day Celebrations at Kerur village in Vatpally mandal of Sangareddy district on Wednesday.
According to sources, the man was identified as B. Veerana, head of a TRS Garma Shaka.
One Raghavan V.V. posted on social media: “Nation is above everything. This is unpardonable and undemocratic. You can’t let it go like this. Please act (sic).”
Another social media user, Adithya M. Reddy, posted: “Children innocently sang? Or forced? Is it legal to hoist a party flag on Independence day (sic).”
“Does they know the value of National flag? How many lives got struggled during Indian Independence. Pity of these TRS party leaders (sic),” posted Yeswanth.
Dhanekula Gandhi commented on Golconda: “Hoisting flag at Golconda shows imperialist mindset.”
