Visakhapatnam: Sub-inspector dies in road accident

Visakhapatnam: A police sub-inspector died in Vizianagaram on Sunday in a road accident.

K. Kasi Viswanath, working as sub-inspect-or of police at Vizianag-aram police training college, was going towards Gajapathinagaram on his bike when the incident occurred.

A speeding truck hit him near Ambativalasa village, and dragged him for some distance. Viswanath died on the spot. A case was registered and an investigation is on.
