Hyderabad: Fourteen passengers alleged that an IndiGo Goa-Hyderabad flight (6E259) took off 25 minutes ahead of schedule at Goa airport, leaving them behind, even though all 14 had boarding passes.

The passengers claimed that the take off time was 10.50 pm on Monday, but the aircraft left 25 minutes earlier. Its arrival time in Hyderabad was 12.05am, but it had already landed at 11.40 pm.

A spokesperson for IndiGo denied the allegation and issued a clarification stating: “The passengers were reminded through multiple announcements at the boarding counters and were declared "gate no-show”.

The boarding gate closed at 10:25pm and they reached the gate at 10.33 pm.
