Gandhian studies centre to offer certificate course at Andhra University
the course is to provide an opportunity for a fairly intensive study of the life, philosophy and methodology of Mahatma Gandhi.
Visakhapatnam: Programme coordinator at the Gandhian Studies Centre of Andhra University, Prof. A.B.S.V. Ranga Rao, informed that a two-month certificate course will be introduced to inculcate values, principles and teachings of Mahatma Gandhi in the people, particularly students.
“The objective of the course is to provide an opportunity for a fairly intensive study of the life, philosophy and methodology of Mahatma Gandhi and to have an experience in community living and manual work.
The last date for submission of applications is February 25. The course is open to all and taught for four days in a week, from Monday to Thursday. The students are required to participate in Shramadhan. Later, a certificate will be given.
