Jagan Mohan Reddy practising unethical' politics: Varla Ramayya
Varla Ramayya on Thursday lashed out at the YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
KURNOOL: TD general secretary Varla Ramayya on Thursday lashed out at the YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy for his ‘embryonic thought process’ that is ‘neither receptive nor perceptive to outside stimuli’. He said, “it is our misfortune to have such an Opposition leader in Assembly. Opposing for the sake of opposition has become his ‘life style’,” he said.
Addressing media at the party office, he said that Jagan was practicing unethical politics in the state. On the election to the Nandyal Assembly seat, he insisted that it was their seat with the death of Nagi Reddy, Telugu Desam leader. The TD advised Jagan to respect established practice of leaving Nandyal seat to the kin of Bhuma Nagi Reddy who died of heart attack on Sunday.
It was not proper to think of fielding a candidate for the seat in the circumstances prevailing there. He accused Jagan of hampering progress in the state, adding that time has come for Jagan to go to jail. “Time will only tell if he will be lodged in Tihar Jail or other prisons,” he said.
