Ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana to meet

Vijayawada: The meeting between the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments that was to be hosted at Raj Bhavan on Monday will not have the Chief Ministers attending, as was earlier expected.The meeting was meant to discuss the division of assets between the two states. The meeting will be attended by AP ministers Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Kaluva Srinivasulu, K. Atchennaidu and Planning Board vice-chairman Kutumba Rao.
According to sources, the Andhra Pradesh government was linking the issues of sharing assets of Schedule IX and X institutions in the bifurcation Act on population basis, with the handing over of AP Secretariat, Assembly and other buildings in Hyderabad as requested by the TS government.
