Hyderabad: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi questioned the move to convert a berth of the Kashi-Mahakal Express into a temple. The train was flagged off by Prime Minster Narendra Modi at Varanasi on Sunday.
Mr Owaisi on Monday shared a photo of the Preamble of the Constitution, on Twitter, to the Prime Minister’s Office in response to a tweet of a news agency which stated that a berth of the train has been dedicated as Lord Shiva temple.
Reports said that Seat No. 64 of Coach B5 in the Kashi-Mahakal Express had been turned into a temple devoted to Lord Shiva. The image shows the upper berth converted into a shrine with the staff praying before it.
