Hyderabad High Court to hear A Revanth Reddy's plea in detail

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Friday felt that it needed detailed hearing on the petition moved by A. Revanth Reddy, TD floor leader in TS Legislative Assembly seeking to declare as illegal his suspension from the House for the entire Budget Session.

When the petition came up for hearing before him, Justice Challa Kodandaram asked TS A-G K. Ramakrishna Reddy whether he was appearing in the case. Counsel for the petitioner said that the A-G has to appear for one of the respondents to submit his arguments, including the Speaker or Secretary of the TS Legislature, but he cannot submit arguments without representing any of the respondents. While stating that it needs detailed hearing, the judge adjourned the case to next Friday.
