Adoni court sentences RTC bus driver for two years in prison for 2017 road accident

Kurnool: An Adoni court on Monday sentenced an RTC bus driver to two years in prison for a road accident that occurred in 2017, killing four people.

Sanjeeva Rao, the bus driver, was convicted of causing the accident by driving negligently. He was also ordered to pay a fine of Rs. 10,000.

The accident occurred in March 2017 near Dibbanakallu, when an RTC bus collided with an auto-rickshaw, killing Ramanjaneyulu, Revathi, Pedda Anjanayya, and Uma.
