Chennai: The mobile application Klinikals, the first of its kind online health services aggregation, will provide home service for medicines and diagnostic tests. With a click of a button on the app, medicines will be provided at the doorstep and one can receive lab services for tests from trained and qualified phlebotomists to draw samples and transport to the lab, all within four hours anywhere in Chennai.
The mobile application is linked with a network of pharmacy partners to the customer to choose from based on price, location and availability. In case of blood tests, the sample is transported in a controlled environment to the nearby clinical laboratories, while the test results will be made available over the application.
“The service aims to provide healthcare services with convenience, reliability and cost-effectiveness to all in the comforts of one’s home. Klinikals provides complete freedom from the chore of going out for medicines or to do your regular blood tests. The service is proving to be a boon for the elderly who become self-sufficient for their needs. Patients with chronic diseases or busy work life, who need regular tests done will also be relieved at not having to undertake tedious travel or take time out from work for basic tests and medicines”, said Raj Kunnath, founder and CEO, Klinikals said.
