Amit Shah likely to announce TN alliance today

Chennai: BJP president Amit Shah is arriving here Tuesday morning and is expected to announce his party’s rainbow alliance with AIADMK and half-a-dozen parties in Tamil Nadu for the ensuing Lok Sabha election.

Shah will hold a round of talks with his TN unit functionaries before speaking to the leaders of the AIADMK and other alliance parties. This would be followed by a media conference early evening along with the AIADMK coordinator O Panneerselvam and joint-coordinator and CM Edappadi K. Palaniswami, sources said.
