Kerala Congress (M) repeats its demand for more seats
Mr Mani maintained that Poonjar is the seat of Kerala Congress (M).
Kottayam: Kerala Congress (M) Chairman K.M. Mani has said that the party would not compromise on its stand that it needs more seats in the upcoming assembly elections. He added that the party would not give away any of its sitting seats.
He was speaking to reporters after participating at the steering committee meeting of Kerala Congress (M) at Kottayam. Mr Mani maintained that Poonjar is the seat of Kerala Congress (M).
“The seat sharing discussions will be friendly. There is no crisis right now in connection with the division of seats. However, we cannot reveal everything before the media”, he told reporters. Kottayam MP Jose K Mani too said that the sitting seats of the KC (M) would not be given to anyone.
