Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel to telecast 52 episode programme on Annamayya
SVBC has already constructed a grand set for the shooting of the mega programme, which will be telecast a 2 hours duration of each episode.
Nellore: The board meeting of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC) was held under the chairmanship of the chairman of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and SVBC Chadalawada Krishnamurthy at Annamaiah Bhavan at Tirumala on Friday.
TTD executive officer and managing director of SVBC, Dr D Sambasiva Rao, TTD trust board members & also SVBC board members K. Raghavendra Rao and Smt. Suchitra Ella, TTDs additional FA&CAO and SVBC Board member O. Balaji, SVBC CEO A.V. Narasimha Rao took part in the board meeting held at Tirumala.
The meeting discussed about the mega in house prestigious programme 'Annamayya Paataku Pattabhishekam' which is shortly to be launched on the Channel. SVBC has already constructed a grand set for the shooting of the mega programme which will be telecast in 52 episodes with a 2 hours duration of each episode.
The programme consists of 9 teams and each day there will be three judges consisting of eminent personalities including writers, singers, and music directors. Renowned music director M.M. Keeravani has consented to be the chief guest for the entire 52 episodes of Annamayya Paataku Pattabhishekam.
As a prelude before the launch of the prestigious in-house production, a mega musical event is planned to be held on April 10 at Mahati Auditorium in Tirupati. In this event, eminent singers, music directors who have composed and rendered Annamayya Keerthans will be felicitated. M.M. Keeravani and other upcoming singers and music directors will participate in this mega musical event.
Discussing about various programmes being aired on SVBC, the TTD EO and managing director of SVBC, Dr. D. Sambasiva Rao, directed the officials to provide maximum thrust to improve the quality of programmes telecast on SVBC, watched by millions of devotees across the globe.
