2 more positives in Karnataka, both foreign returnees

Bengaluru: The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in Karnataka stood at 14 on Wednesday with two more people testing positive in the afternoon. Of these, 10 cases have been reported from Bangalore alone.

Karnataka health minister B S Sreeramulu tweeted one of the two new positives is a 56-year-old man from Bengaluru who had returned from the USA on March 6. The other is a 25-year-old woman who had been to Spain for a vacation.

Sreeramulu said both these patients have been kept in isolation at a hospital in Bengaluru. Their contacts are being identified.
