High Court transfers 28 judicial officers in AP

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has issued orders giving postings to principal district judges and effecting transfers and postings for district judges posts. It has promoted senior civil judges as district judges, this involving 28 judicial officers, and directed them to join in the new posts on or before May 1.

The order stated that all the officers who are promoted/transferred would pronounce the judgments/orders that were already reserved, before they are relieved from the present posts. They are also directed to inform the high court the date of their relieving from the previous post as also the date of joining in the new post. This must be informed to the HC within seven days from the date of their joining in the new post.
