AIADMK MP loses Rs 50,000 on train

Coimbatore: In an unfortunate incident, an AIADMK (Amma) MP, Mr A. K. Selvaraj was robbed of his bag containing Rs 50,000 cash in a Coimbatore-bound train from Chennai.
Police said Mr. Selvaraj had boarded the Nilgiri Express in Chennai to reach Mettupalayam. “When he woke up around 5.30 AM on Saturday, Selvaraj found his bag with Rs 50,000 cash missing. He was traveling by an air-conditioned coach,” police said.
