Arun Jaitley's tweet upsets Mamata Banerjee

New Delhi: Finance minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday courted controversy with an early morning tweet wherein he paid tribute to Subhash Chandra Bose on his ‘death anniversary’.

Arun Jaitley tweeted, "Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was an icon of exemplary valour and sacrifice. We remember and pay him our respectful tribute on his death anniversary." West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee hit out at Jaitley saying she was hurt by his tweet.
