Manju: Hassan DC not acting on my plaint
Mr Manju said now that a notice had been served on her she would have no choice but to respond.
Hassan: Congress leader and former minister, A. Manju claimed on Tuesday that although he had given the relevant documents to prove his charges of land grabbing against Hassan district in-charge minister, H.D. Revanna and his son Prajwal, Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri had taken no action in the matter.
"After Ms Rohini Siondhuri failed to respond to my pleas, she has been served a notice by the court asking her to submit a report on the alleged land grabbing," Mr Manju told reporters. The Congress leader has alleged that Mr Revanna and Prajwal have illegally taken over 69 acres in Somanahalli kaval, Hassan taluk and has also filed a case against the two men before the Land Grabbing Court in Bengaluru. Alleging that the DC was aware of the land grabbing, but was deliberately not acting on his complaint, Mr Manju said now that a notice had been served on her she would have no choice but to respond.
