SCR cancels eight trains due to line works

Warangal: Due to the ongoing railway line works between the Hasanparthy (Hanamkonda) and Uppal (Karimnagar) railway stations, the authorities of the South Central Railways (SCR) announced the cancellation of eight trains on Tuesday.

The cancelled four services include the trains from Kazipet to Hasanparthy, Ballaharsha to Kazipet, Karimnagar to Sirpur and Sirpur to Karimnagar from December 19 to January 13.

The Bodan-Karimnagar train was cancelled from December 20 to January 13 and the Karimnagar- Bodan train was cancelled from December 19 to January 13.

The remaining two trains which run from Secunderabad to Sirpur Kagaznagar and Sirpur Kagaznagar to Secunderabad will not run from January 2 to January 13. The passengers who planned their travel in the mentioned routes were urged to adjust their journey schedule accordingly, said the officials in a statement.
