Jana Sena chief to tour Kurnool for three days
Replicating the Karnataka model, Pawan Kalyan has fair chances of becoming Chief Minister, he averred.
Kurnool: The Jana Sena is focusing on Kurnool district as its chief Pawan Kalyan is scheduled to spend three days here from Thursday.
K.J. Reddy, a Jana Sena leader said that Pawan would interact with probable candidates and unveil his plans. He will stay at Raga Mayuri resorts owned by K.J. Reddy on the outskirts of Kurnool.
In the tightly dominated constituencies between the YSRC and TD where opportunity for a third force is negligible, Pawan Kalyan’s last minute foray into Kurnool is watched with amusement. But K.J. Reddy, industrialist turned politician who is acting as an anchorman for the Jana Sena in the district said that Pawan has a strong and growing base in the district.
Reddy plans to contest from Panyam constituency on the Jana Sena ticket. He said that Nandyal, Kurnool, Adoni, Allaga-dda, Dhone, Yemmiganur, Mantralayam and Kodum-ur have a strong support base for Pawan Kalyan and can play a major role in deciding the future of contesting candidates.
K.J. Reddy said that Pawan Kalyan will be the Chief Minister, despite anyone else winning the race in the next elections. His forecast is that the Jana Sena, CPI and CPM combine will get 30 seats.
