Rahul Gandhi makes surprise visit to AP Bhavan

Special representative to the government of Andhra Pradesh Kambampati Rammohan Rao welcomed Mr Gandhi to the meeting.

Hyderabad: A couple of days before his tour to Andhra Pradesh, Congress president Rahul Gandhi made a surprise visit to AP Bhavan in Delhi on Tuesday and had a lunch meeting with entrepreneurs. Special representative to the government of Andhra Pradesh Kambampati Rammohan Rao welcomed Mr Gandhi to the meeting.

As part of “Apni Baat Rahul Ke Sath” programme, Mr Gandhi has met medium scale entrepreneurs in the VIP canteen of the AP Bhavan. Mr Gandhi interacted with entrepreneurs from industries like mobile phones, weaving, auto mobiles, sanitary pads, hotel and tourism, solar power and air conditioning.  The meeting lasted for about 40 minutes.
